This man, (and I take it the U.S. department of Energy who pays him to do his research?) is rather critical of the benefits of wet processing... But this was presented in 2008, I am unsure if their position has changed. Also keep in mind this is potentially only representative of USA Dept of Energy view, one dept amongst many which often have competing interests and views
