    My own thoughts are that STO wants all of ESG but they do not have enough cash.

    Imagine how much $ they would save if they had a T/O offer and they knocked it back then made the script and some cash offer for ESG.

    As 1 September is close they will wait but everything IMO points to STO taking us out.

    I would be more than happy with STO offering script as I think they are a very good company and the growth potential is huge.
