Wow, what emotion! Good to see some passion here.
As I said, I was happy enough to be proven wrong re. the rules (although I will do a double-check at some stage in regards to HC's rules vs ASIC, just to make sure).
We have been through the Hunter debate quite a few times. As I mentioned previously, in business when a client says you've got the order, and provides written confirmation then you consider that you've got the sale. Everyone in the company will consider this to be the case, except the accountant. Polartechnics don't deliver product until the money hits the bank. Therefore, it's perfectly plausible that he was telling the TRUTH (you're not the only one who can scream) although the accounts did not reflect it. It looks like we'll need to go back to review ASX releases and accounts to see what happened in the next half, to sort it out (I'll do so in the next couple of days unless you do and can build a compelling case).
As for being "grumpy" ... lighten up, life's too short.
