bochman - with respect, I think that Decan has been almost too muted in his sell recommendation on a standalone PLT.

This is a company that has found it increasingly hard to raise capital in the last 12 months (which is true of most of the market - so no big issue there) but that looks to have a need for capital that is verging on desperate.

It will only take one or two little things to not have gone quite perfectly (such as collecting the receivables from December 2008 Balance sheet)combined with minimal pickup in sales (and remember that this is a company that has had a fresh excuse every six months for two years as to why sales haven't picked up just yet) and PLT will be fresh out of cash at 30 June.

This is not a small problem. This is a WE CAN'T PAY THE STAFF IN JULY / AUGUST scale problem.

If that is not a standout candidate for a Sell recommendation, I really don't know what is.
