You might be a self proclaimed Top 1%er, but you are clutching at ever thinner straws.

1) re Hunter lying to the 2007 AGM. I have "backed down" only in the sense that I do not want to talk about it any further on this forum as I do not think that to do so is productive. I do however continue to believe that a comment was made re sales in the Dec 2007 half year that was not consistent with the underlying facts. I was there at the AGM.

2) re the giving of investment advice on HC. You are SO SO WRONG on this. Have you read ASIC Regulatory Guideline 162 for Internet Discussion Sites or the various usage arrangements for HC? In fact - you can say whatever you like on HC and provide whatever "advice" or "recommendations" that you want to PROVIDED THAT YOU DO NOT HOLD YOURSELF OUT TO BE QUALIFIED TO DO SO. Basically, HC and other IDS operate under a carve-out from the financial services licensing regime.
