Implications of raise and rights issue.

Just consider. These are just facts, I am making no claims here.

There's at least 15 million in assets and ongoing revenue value in this company still. As people see the writing on the wall and accept their losses, a share of these assets can be purchased for lower and lower prices.

Directors reserve the right to purchase 500 million shares at 0.4 of a cent regardless of current share price. All they need is 2 million dollars. That is 1/4 of the company.

Someone - no idea who who, but I assume someone who sees the value in these assets - is about to purchase 300 million shares - 25% of the company - for 1.2 million dollars.
