CSE did not sell its holding in SYR when the SYR share price was around $5 per share, so my working presumption is that a sale price of something well north of $5 per share would be the minimum that management of CSE would contemplate as being acceptable.
If CSE sold its holding in SYR, management have made it clear that their objective would be to return the lion's share of the proceeds to CSE shareholders by way of a special franked dividend. The details, including ATO advice have been set out in various company announcements over the last 12 months.
