    I have read the announcement and see that SLV holders stand to get 1 Ruukki share for each 1.81 SLV shares held.

    Given that Ruukki is listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki could someone explain for me what an Australian holder of SLV ends up with if the merger goes through?
