Yes your theory re the 7c price with only 12 months lease left is quite acceptable.If you look again at my previous post you will see that I did not completely rule out a price of 10c, I said that it was unlikely unless there were other " helpfull circumstances", so while I was speaking in broad general terms you have been more specific by mentioning Standard Chartered, the Exon tender and a enhanced exploration program. which are all "helpfull circumstances".
I believe that the 2012 program has been submitted to and approved by the relevant authority.
After 2 days steady increase in the share price, 2c to 2.6 I thought that perhaps we may have been in line for a minor correction but no it's still looking good.
We will all know very soon.
