Agree Bundabum. There is a huge amount at stake with this lease and IMO it can only go one way, yes, possibly with terms that TEG think are tougher than they were hoping and have to "negotiate". Thus the delay.
Same as reaching an out of Court settlement at the door of the Court when there are sticky issues. We are very close to the door of the Court and surely it would be a lose/lose if they didn't reach agreement.
And with that pest" hopefully out of the way, we might now see some realistic movements in the SP.
