Not sure exactly what needs commenting on, but here goes.

The valuation of BBI of:

- without diluation of $0.00 to $0.14 (which, if the mid-point asset values are used, actually gives a value of $0.03);

- with dilution of EPS (@ $0.05) gives a valuation of $0.03 to $0.06.

Of course, these valuations are assuming that their is no CI, insolvency is averted, and assets are realised in an orderly fashion (something which BBI has shown it is unable to do).

The $0.04 (+ residual) falls smack bang in the middle of these ranges.
