This mindless obsession by the ALP/Greens (and to a lesser extent the Libs) that more people in Australia will create a happy more equitable society is simply not borne out by the evidence:

Otherwise China as the 64th most 'happy' country and India at 126th, would be 1 and 2.

For a dig up our natural resources and ship it country, we are sleep walking into disaster for our grandchildren and great grandchildren.

We have 60 years left of high quality iron ore (even less given we keep increasing our ability to dig it up).

Our agricultural industry is currently one of the few bread baskets for the worlds growing population, so what do we do, fill up Australia with people until there is nothing left to export?

The Greens are the most morally corrupt and banal organisation ever to grace Australian political life.

Have as 1 of their 4 pillars:

Yep, good luck feeding and housing another 50 plus million Australians without having a massive impact on 'ecological sustainability'?

Do they think that houses/roads and other infrastructure magically pop up like mushrooms, without having an environmental impact?

Then the kicker....bring in 500,000 people per year and say that 160,000 of these need a house/flat (that assuming families/couples) with houses/units costing $500,000 to build so that 160,000 x 500,000 = $80,000,000,000 in housing costs alone without taking into account new schools, power and water services, sewerage and other required infrastructure.

So what do the Green triumph:

    Morally corrupt morons.
