That's right Aventure. Impondo do say they hold a 10% indirect stake in Vanmag. It could well be a false assumption by me that it is the fee. More likely Impondo owns part of the illusive Golden Falls Trading, or some other intermediate holding company anyway. That would be the definition of indirect I suppose. (This story has more indirect stakes than True Blood). Its also possible that separate to that stake, the 5% facilitation fee is payable to Impondo.
I would add to your questions, who is getting that 5% fee? And is it still payable after what has unfolded?! Really a mistake made by investors generally with CCC was not demanding to know who was getting all the consulting fees. Can't see why that should be such a secret.
Impondo looks like quite a good organisation. Good principals. I wonder why its role, whatever it is, has been kept so quiet?
Impondo also owns a 25% of one of the main subs of JB's KAB. I wonder how much KAB investors know about Impondo.
