Put simply , there is no fixed period before the TOL is issued.
Lynas needs to complete the LAMP before the TOL can be issued and there is no update on this status.
No doubt the 2 primary outstanding issues are the allocation of the PDF and the payment of the 10m progress payment.
There is also the case of the independent inspecting third party to be appointed.
The way I see it, LYC is working on all the above issues concurrently and when we see that the 10m is paid out we can expect that to be last step prior to TOL issue and therefore ore import permit issue.
