While history suggests your scepticism is well founded I have started to wonder if there is a significant change in the company's attitude in getting this project into production.
This statement on the import permit comes from the company who until recently have been reluctant to make any public comment.
Just before the TOL was issued a poster referred to receiving a call back from someone in Lynas to tell him they believed the TOL would be issued very soon. And it happened within 2 days.
No one received calls back from Lynas in the past - information until then had to be forced from them.
Let's hope as we have been waiting long enough.
