The top 10 hold 684 million shares, and the top 20 total is much higher.
That pretty well ensures that there will be no spill at the AGM if you take into account other retail. Many do not bither voting.
A 2nd strike only requires 25% of the vote.
However, the 2nd strike, if it happens, only means that at the same AGM a vote for a spill is then taken. A spill requires more than 50% of the vote.
You may recall at the podcast Sean mentioned ensuring getting proxies from the funds. They will vote no for a spill on their proxy.
There will not be a spill.
