Congratulations Noda. Probably the best single post I have come across on HC and I have read some good ones amongst the run of the mill and the garbage. [Probably a bit of confirmation bias there in my assessment but it comes across as written by someone who knows what they are talking about and 'talks the talk' rationally and coherently. You present a great argument and I certainly hope you are on the money. You are quite new to HC, but apparently not to Neuren.]

There is still plenty of speculative risk involved but the potential blue sky involved could be astronomical. Deals will be a matter of striking a balance between relatively risk free short term reward with little follow up revenue and the more risky path of minimal short term gain which opens up the prospect of substantial future long term reward. Let's see how things unfold.
