    Update - confirming that an initial funding agreement has just been signed off.

    This means that the class action now has some financial backing that will allow the lawyers to properly begin their work in terms of all the evidence gathering and preparation of the legal documents. It's a really great sign as to the strength of our case; that an external third party now deems it worthy enough to support & fund.
