    With all due respect, he's asking about the class action being prepared by Piper Alderman. Why should he be emailing you?

    Anyway, as far as I'm aware everything is still progressing, albeit slowly. If you wish to be included in the class action then you should email Piper Alderman and let them know, as per my very first post in this thread.
