    buy back is uo to 71c max frm company daily buyback notices,,, and they are buying back at a snails pace it seems

    maybe off everyone's radar,,, but +ve as far as I can see with multi million contracts etc,,,

    major shareholders set for windfall with major profits to be distributed to smaller share base
