    re: delayed reaction by market arthur is being realistic or trying to be realistic(take your pick) & he has followed SBP for years. I forget what they were before the SBP code.

    I read the ann. & checked out the mkt depth & decided too much resistance at 14.5c.

    I have been watching SBP as I was told to buy & hold for the medium term (6 months.) I am still watching.
