But I think still quiet a few hurdles yet ,

from memory

The stronger and more frequent the doses the more the tumor reduces,

But the sicker the patient feels ,

Take the patient off the drug to let the body flush it out then the tumor grows rapidly, at an alarming rate, especially in advanced stages
