hatch, i was being incredulous, everybody knows the mccabe deal has not gone ahead, which means that journalist has absolutely no credibility as far as i'm concerned.

if i was holding valad i would watch this mccabe situation very carefully. the media seems to treat it as a forgone conclusion that mccabe will takeover the company or get his debt for equity swap.

i'm not sure why that should be the case, and ultimately shareholders have the power to block any deal.

imo mccabe needs to be voted off the board. his conflict of interest with shareholders is overwhelming. and clearly hurley and the other directors are like little boys that are too scared to stand up to him.
