That is the shorter sitting 30 to 32 and 40 trying to cap price whilst they figure out WTF to do. See them raise the ask at 30c a minute before close to prevent that 31 close. They may try again Monday. Will only take one decent buyer to cook them - but we lack buyers - until buyers step up they will hang in there hopeful and may try another raid to see if they can shake the tree.
