    That reminds me of an incident in Europe just after 9/11 on a flight returning from the Netherlands to Oman.
    An Omani employed by the Omani police relayed his experience in the USA when he changed a flight in the USA to accommodate changed pans and after taking flying lessons. He was detained and questioned in the USA for more than a day until his Omani police employees persuaded USA officials that he was harmless.
    People on the same flight who overheard part of our conversation later conveyed that they were frightened throughout the flight.

    That guy with the bag would not be allowed on board a flight with a mask or carrying dangerous items or even a bag of that size. The bag of that size would have been checked and stowed in the hold of the aircraft.

    @wotsup, please don't tell me that you were taken in by that picture.
