When a person is talking to you, how many times will he mention your name. If he is talking to you about another person, how much more will he mention his name as compare to yours?

Similarly, the Quran is the word of Allah speaking to His Prophet Muhammad about Jesus and it is only logical that Jesus is mentioned many more time that Muhammad.

Quran often addresses refers to Prophet Mohammad as The Messenger or The Prophet. Allah also addresses prophet Mohammad with surnames such as Muzzamil, Mudahthir and so many times as second person noun 'you'. If you include all those mentions definitely it will be much more in numbers. So the comparison of mention by name is only one part of the story. Allah mentions the Prophet most of the times with surnames (ya ayuhanabii ) rather than direct name, which is sign of love while other messengers are referred mostly by name (Ya Isa, Ya Musa)

For example: But Allah would not punish them while you, [O Muhammad], are among them, and Allah would not punish them while they seek forgiveness. (8/33)

In this verse, Allah is addressing the Prophet Muhammad, so he uses a pronoun instead.

    It is a grammatical matter.

Now, (with this explanation) count the name of Prophet Muhammad in the Holy Quran.

The Quran mentions Jesus many times in order to explain to Christians that Jesus is just a messenger of God. Nothing more than that.

    Consider the following verses:

Verily, in the sight of God, the nature of Jesus is as the nature of Adam, whom He created out of dust and then said unto him, "Be", and he is. (3:59)

And their boast, "Behold, we have slain the Christ Jesus, son of Mary, (who claimed to be) an apostle of God!" However, they did not slay him, and neither did they crucify him, but it only seemed to them so. (4:157)

The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle, (the fulfillment of) His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary, and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "(God is) a trinity". Desist for your own good. (4:171)

He (Jesus) was no more than a servant: We granted Our favour to him, and We made him an example to the Children of Israel. (43:59)
