Begotten simply means, that before you were begotten, you were not, so you cannot say that the Father didn't beget (begotten) him.
"Only" -> can simply mean, one of a kind.

Hence Jesus is the 2nd Adam Man, there is no other 2nd Adam.

Jesus being the Son of God is not figurative.
It was Gods word and power - the Holy Spirit that he is, that made Jesus and the Angel said -> therefore -> (because of what I just said) he will be called the Son of God.
Psa 2:7 - I will (not yet) announce the decree of Yehowah: He said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have fathered You.
Matt 3:17 - And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

The other prophets did not come about like Jesus and neither are they the 2nd Adam.
