Islam began as a something strange and it will return to being strange, so blessed are the strangers.

There will be times and places when being a Muslim is very difficult and the mainstream society will shun the teachings of Islam. Muslims will be viewed as troublesome, Yet if we face such trials, we should rejoice because blessed are the strangers.

The scholars interpreted the Prophet’s statement by in which the strangers are described.

    the Prophet said:

They are righteous people among many evil people. Those who disobey them are greater in number than those who obey them.

Source: Musnad Aḥmad 6612, Grade: Sahih

The strangers in Islam are those who are a minority among a majority of wicked people, calling to Allah and to righteousness despite the scorn of society.

They are the strangers in the last days mentioned in these traditions: those who reform the affairs when people have become corrupt, those who correct what people have corrupted of the prophetic tradition, those who flee from trials and tribulations to safeguard their religion, and those who have departed from the tribes. For they are few, only one or two will be found in some tribes or none at all in others, just as the first Muslims.

Therefore, Islam will return to strangeness when the number of true believers becomes so small that evil deeds and forms of idol worship will prevail throughout the world, causing some believers to emigrate from society for the sake of their religion. The phenomenon of Islam’s strangeness varies in degree in different times and places although it will become very pronounced near the end of time.

When society moves down the wrong path, our duty is to call them to Allah and His Messenger and the divine teachings which bring life in this world and in the Hereafter.

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon himworshiped God (the Father) alone, like Christ and all the prophets before him

    Christ said
Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.John 17:3

Christ did not claim divinity and restricted divinity to God (the Father) aloneHe did not say that he is a god or that the Holy Spirit is a god

Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him despised false worship to any man-made gods or images or anything in creation as a god. He hated all of the complexities and degradation to which it leads.
