I can't see how anyone could be worried about Centro's occupancy rates and cashflow given their history. The question that has always remained in my mind is will they have to sell profitable assets or dilute their shares? I personally don't think that they will but that is the only real doubt that I can attribute to lack of confidence in CNP moving forward.
I believe these results are required in order to refinance their debts but I don't think there were too many people surprised by them. Maybe I'm wrong, who knows?
