Ditto to that - the best product, process, innovative drug will sit, wait and be bypassed or superseded without Managements strong ability to push and drive to the final goal.
PYC as you state has both the Science and Management and I sit very comfortably in knowing that.
Other Shares with only one key aspect in their makeup IMO struggle to achieve and personally I have seen too much in that regard.
