    450, thanks. Doesn't technically stop another bid BUT once they get over 50% the offer would be unconditional -- so they would actually control the company. Anyone who wanted to bid over them at that stage would need to be happy with less than 50%, or bid a price where they figured Ceph would be happy to sell. Could happen, but it doesn't happen very often...
