Presentation was released today on the Arana Website, Obviously not on the ASX web site though, again it demonstrates the ridiculeous price Cephalon is paying for Arana.

I hear on the grapevine that certain parties are accusing us of GreenMailing, It would seem they are resentful that Arana shareholders want fair value for their shares, which is why Cephalon is finding it very difficult to get acceptances.

If you want a better offer "in my humble opinion only" wait and see.

Even if Cephalon becomes a majority shareholder in Arana its not necessarily a bad thing either, provided you havent sold your shares, Arana could well prosper under their leadership and guidance … the shares could be worth upwards of $3 …
The company does need to have a person representing the interests of minority shareholders on the board.

In my humble opinion, I cant see that any of the existing board members have demonstrated this attribute.
