I don't work @ ABN - personal interest only due to shareholding. Tend to agree they don't know much about M&A either.

I don't want to come across as negative -- I think it's impressive what you have done on the valuation and informing small holders about the bid. You won't stop them getting to 50% but you might stop them getting to 90%...
