    How does any of this resolve the woeful management of the property?

    The rights issue documents say that even in the event Frost gets 59%, there is no intention to change management.

    You will be in the position of same property, same management and twice as many shares on issue.

    If RCU was only worth 50 cents/share prior to this announcement, how much are they worth with twice as many shares on issue and the same management?

    It boggles me that it is still trading north of 40 cents.
