Revenue and earnings are not the same thing. The writer mistakenly takes revenue as earnings (in the P/E ratio) in his 20 Bn valuation.
His line of thinking is correct though. Big question is: how high will future earnings be (and when)?
Answer that question and multiply with a reasonable P/E ratio and you have your future valuation of BRN. But this might happen 3 or 5 years from now. In any case patience is required to see where things might go.
