Important Letter to Shareholders, page-16

what I find interesting about this thread is that in the letter and earlier correspondence Stern references governance concerns as a reason for the action. there's no detail (for good reason) but everyone seems more concerned about the personalities than the issues. Governance tends to be pretty basic rules of the road type stuff but failure in relation to it can have pretty dire consequences board members sued, assets taken, company delisted etc. So I'd have thought more people would have been concerned about that then you all appear to be.....anyone asking questions?
