The law case will no doubt look at these. The main 'governance' issue seems to be JJ not wanting to do what the new boys want. As kelder2001 above says this little beauty has run on the smell of an oily rag with minimal takings by directors. Previously the share amalgamation was a good governance process even if I didn't top up at 1c prices which goes to my governance.
I'm still bemused by this takeover and the reason for it other than a power grab. The fact that there is an argument it has not been done correctly is in itself revealing.
