to all gwr shareholders dont be conned into the takeover , its a scam for major shareholders in fas who want to jump ship onto gwr so that they can convert their worthless shares into gwr shares also to help the fas shareholders who have been propping up the share price in expectation of the takeover that was to have happened in feb 2007. the moovers and groovers in fas are expecting to get $10m in fees for the takeover. its all down side with fas and massive up side with gwr.mr hutchinson and mr wedlock are great men of the highest integrity who will do every thing in the best interest of all shareholders, there will be no behind the scene activities that have been going on like before due to stand over tactics forced on directors to not do the right thing by shareholders.
