Unfortunately, they are not. Instead, existing cash (including all recently announced updates on the Carlyle DFA) will last through August 2024 only.
The funds required to get to top line data amount to roughly USD200 MN. Either through partnering or through an equity raise.
If the announcement of full nrollment makes the stock rise to >AUD1.00 - and I very much think it will - then OPT is free to either issue some 300 MN new shares at AUD1.00 or to partner OPT-302 for a USD200 MN upfront payment plus royalties. Both would be superb next steps after the full enrollment threshold is achieved, opening the field for further stock price gains down the road.
