Sorry all ... I'm not trying to make myself the watchdog for minorities that post on these Nkwe threads ... But we need to be very mundful of what we say and how we say it.
Obviously from my own postings, I am as angry and determined as any of you to bring the Nkwe board to account and make them finally negotiate fairly with us ... but we have to stay within the law in doing so.
We have a very strong case to press against present and past board members in our claims of non-disclosure of key information to shareholders and option holders, almost certain negligence at the least, and most seriously, the possible covering up of fraudulent activities within the company ... BUT at present, NONE of this is legally proven ... In short time, I am very confident that much of what we have claimed WILL eventually be proven in a court of law ... unless Nkwe does the smart thing and negotiates with us ... But for now, we can not get ahead of ourselves.
So we should continue to go hard at the Nkwe board in calls, emails, public forums such as Hot Copper, and now possibly in a mass media campaign as well ... We will NOT relent in our efforts to obtain justice for shareholders ... but please refrain from comments that appear to be saying they are definitely guilty of things like fraud until the law declares them so.
As I said, I'm sorry to sound like a self-appointed watchdog, but I would hate to see any of us get ourselves in trouble through over-zealous activism against Nkwe.
Cheers,
Wayne
