Don't think anyone with a LT view would be happy with 68-70c but its a good "starting point" for negotiations. Surely better than sitting at 40s right?

spongebobby from my understanding there are a few ways in a take over:

1. A form sent to mail, you fill out form to accept offer and transfer your holdings to the acquirer
Or
2. The acquirer places a substantial buy order (shares outstanding) at the take over price and you sell into him

We will get an announcement tomorrow morning before market open but unsure if trading halt will be lifted as yet
