IMO Reading between the lines
Gold One will release details of the "landmark transaction" (GOLD ONE MANAGEMENT HAS ACCEPTED A DEAL) as it?s calling the deal on Monday morning at 10am SA time. The invite to the press conference gave no other details apart from the time and venue (WE WANT TO SEND THE MESSAGE FAR AND WIDE TO GET A BIDDING WAR).
