Of course. All the wording in their statements clearly points to the fact they are happy with whatever this "change of control" intails. Can't see small shareholders having much say in what it is to be honest as it sounds like a done deal, and doubt they'd have a press conference just to knock back the offer. I'd suggest at the press conference a rep for the chinese present and lots of hand shakes and smiles all round.
