I can see where 123 is coming from with regards to stacking claims. I see it as is this.

Question;How many pubs in the Melbourne CBD could claim they are the Melbourne CBD pub ?

Answer; All of them, and they would all be correct, operating and profiting of the same resource (alcohol & punters)in the same location.
