They obviously and seriously want to put their own geo- stationary satalite into space given they already have the ground infrastructure available. This will also improve their chance's to win & comply with recent Australian Government proposed roll outs contacts. Becoming debt free with income available, I just think that they may qualify for a Gov't loan /funding /grant to make this a reality.
