I still want to know how they can issue 300 million shares which are not paid for and use them to vote and change the outcome of last agm. How can it be that this is not being reviewed and agm results varied as it clearly states that shares that have not been paid for have not voting rights! They need to acknowledge they lost last agm voting and put a spill motion forward immediately! Not to mention those issued shares required shareholder approval before issuing!!! How can they break this many rules and laws and still be here is beyond me
