The company has said, the board was not aware ( did not authorized the issue ) and they were not issued to a related party.

Funds from Previously Unreported Share Issues Received

Further to its ASX announcement of 17 November 2020 entitled “Amendment to Issued Capital Figure”, Austpac Resources N.L. (Company) is pleased to announce that it has received the amount of $295,000 from the subscriber of the previously unreported share issues.As noted in the Company’s FY20 Annual Report, after extensive investigations it was discovered that 300,286,997 shares were issued at an issue price of $0.001 per share prior to 1st July 2019 and not disclosed to ASX.Since the commencement of the abovementioned investigations, the Board and current management of the Company has introduced additional procedures to ensure that such situations would not reoccur.The Company confirms that the relevant shares were not issued to a party detailed in ASX Listing Rule 10.11.
