check out, www.medsim.org and click on the "listen here" bit to hear the american politician extolling the virtues of medical simulator training.
See what you think, i reckon he says that there's no way they have the time, people and money to train to a high standard without using simulation mandatorily.So if they dont...who does?
Also the bit about legislation being introduced to require governmant funding for this.
As the yanks would say, "do the math, people!"
