My understanding is that if you to wish exercise your "Appraisal Right" and participate as a Dissenting Shareholder you must vote NO …….BEFORE...... this Friday 12th October. Do it online and receive an email dated acknowledgement.

May I suggest that you read the NKP SGM Material pages 1-14 and carefully read emails ( especially the one dated 27th Sept) sent by Mr X outlining legal opinions/advice/directions.

Note that the Bermudan Court will ultimately decide what is "Fair Value". This assumes that Zijin will not negotiate in advance with shareholders. If that happens it will be a Bermudan ground breaking event we have been told.
