In 2007 I worked as a picker/packer at Coles. !st year earnt $96000. About 10 people, pickers and forkies, earnt over $100 000. At least a1/3 came from bonuses. If we performed 16 hours worth of work in an 8 hour shift, we got paid for 16 hours. Those that couldn't make a quid from bonuses applied for management, a cushy job at $60000 / year. They became out ":govt" couldn't do our job & then started telling us how to do our job. Australian govt is the same, trying to tell us what to do, that they can't do themselves. Parasites, the laziest farkers that ever walked this earth. 8 month trial, wtf. Laziness, for lack of a better word. In the meantime they'll keep ploughing crops into the ground.
